The Strand Tavern Seafood Bar

Nautical Pub boasting a pitch pine counter made from beach: combed timber from the strickened ship The Alfred D. Snow, which sunk on the 1st January 1888 off Creaden Head in Waterford Harbour which can be seen from the pub.

Seafood tavern serving locally caught seafood, salads, steaks, Roast of the day, tea and coffee. Seafood Chowder is our specialty. All this overlooking Waterford Harbour and Duncannon Blue Flag beach.

Our entertainment lounge is separate to the pub and caters for everybody's taste in music i.e.

Tuesday Night; Line Dancing
Wednesday; Irish Night
Thursday; Big Band night
Different Entertainment Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
